When the above method 1 does not work, you need to use maintenance software to clean it forcefully.

If method 2 cannot completely clean the print head, you need to power off the digital printing machine, then unplug the power supply, plug, computer data cable, etc., drip cleaning liquid on the dust-free paper, pull out the print head to the middle position, and protect the print head Surface (can not wipe the nozzle while protecting the nozzle), about 5~6 minutes, then push the nozzle back to the original point, and then test according to method 1 or 2.

If method 3 does not work, you can try to power off the digital printing machine, and then unplug the power supply, plug, computer data cable, etc., move the nozzle to the origin (far right), and draw vigorously with a large syringe in the waste bottle, see Whether there is any waste ink dripping, then test according to method 1 or 2.

Check which color or which colors of the print heads do not produce ink. For example, if the yellow ink is not good, power off the digital printing machine, and then unplug the power supply, plug, computer data cable, etc., just at the air inlet of the yellow ink bottle. While gently blowing the air with the syringe (to avoid the backflow of the syringe air, causing the ink to flow back or blow the ink bag too hard), check the surface of the nozzle to see if there is ink oozing out. About 2 to 3 drops of ink ooze out. Use dust-free paper with a drop of cleaning fluid to lightly dip the ink on the surface of the nozzle, move the nozzle back to the original point, and then test according to method 1 or 2.
